It is purposefully engineered to precisely measure the shear rate of plastics and polymer materials, assessing the fluidity of melts under shear stress at specific temperature conditions, including the apparent viscosity of thermoplastics.

As a state-of-the-art computer-controlled intelligent capillary rheometer, this device operates under variable conditions: constant pressure, speed, temperature, varying heating rates, temperatures, and shear rates. The innovative software seamlessly determines and adjusts parameters such as pressure, temperature, and speed for different plastics under various die diameters. It automatically generates curves, saving and printing data effortlessly.

3. Tailor-made solutions are available, offering customization in specifications like low temperature type, high temperature type, varying pressures, and different rod diameters, all meticulously crafted to meet user-specific requirements.
